Find Calm, Clarity & Your Next Step After Separation

A calm conversation to explore where you are after separation and what support might help you move forward.

For people navigating separation, divorce, or dating again in midlife. Gain clarity on your next step and discover whether coaching is the right fit for you.

Confidential. Focused. No pressure.

Is this call right for you?

  • You’re 6-36 months into a separation or major relationship transition.

  • You’re ready to move forward but aren’t sure how.

  • You’re looking for practical guidance, not therapy.

    What happens during the call?

During your complimentary 20-minute call we’ll:

✔ Talk about where you are now
✔ Explore what’s feeling most difficult
✔ Identify one practical step
✔ Discuss whether coaching together feels like the right fit

You don’t need to have everything figured out before asking for support.

My role isn’t to tell you what decisions to make. It’s to provide a calm, structured space where you can think more clearly, regain confidence, and take your next step at your own pace.

You don’t have to navigate this chapter alone.

In just 20 minutes you’ll leave with greater clarity about your next step, whether that’s rebuilding after separation, navigating a difficult relationship, or deciding what support is right for you.

This isn’t a sales call.

It’s a chance to talk about where you are, what’s feeling difficult, and whether I’m the right person to help. If we’re not the right fit, I’ll point you towards other helpful resources.
